A wife, a daughter, a sister and friend, and a lover of all things sweet!

I discovered my passion for baking in 2008 and I haven't looked back since. I started my baking company, Konfections by Karrah, in September 2012 and was fortunate enough to bake for some pretty cool events including Dereon Williams' Celebrity Dodge Barrage.

As much as I loved my company I decided to let it go in 2015 to focus more on myself, my new marriage, and my personal growth. 

Since then, I've continued to find joy in baking on a lower scale for family and friends. 

Though I let go of Konfections by Karrah I still find joy and purpose in baking and I now enjoy sharing some of my sweet recipes with friends and family. 

In a search to feed my soul (no pun intended!), I now want to share what I've learned and some of my recipes with all of you. In the last 3 years I've found inspiration from food & lifestyle blogs, and watching youtube videos...so, why not start my own?!

I'm an artist at heart, so in addition to baking I also love to paint, sing and write.

 

It took a long time for me to get to the point where I feel comfortable enough to share this part of myself on such a public platform, but I'm blessed to be where I am today.
